1. Subscription Plans

Cleverlyy offers multiple subscription plans to suit your needs, including:

  • Monthly Plan: Recurring billing every month.
  • Annual Plan: Recurring billing every year.

Each subscription plan includes specific premium features, which are detailed on our platform during purchase.

2. Freemium Features

Cleverlyy provides a set of free features for all users. Subscription plans unlock additional premium features such as:

3. Billing and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed upfront at the start of the billing cycle.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • By subscribing, you authorize Cleverlyy to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle until canceled.

4. Auto-Renewal

  • All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default.
  • You will be charged automatically at the start of the next billing cycle unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
  • You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your account settings at any time.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Cleverlyy account settings.
  • Cancellation will prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing cycle.
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the active billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Cleverlyy does not offer refunds for subscriptions unless there is a confirmed technical/system error, such as:

  • Being charged multiple times for the same subscription.
  • Unable to access premium features due to system issues not resolved in a reasonable timeframe.

7. Upgrading or Downgrading Subscriptions

  • Upgrading: If you upgrade to a higher-tier subscription, the new plan will take effect immediately, and the remaining balance from your current plan may be prorated toward the new plan.
  • Downgrading: Downgrading to a lower-tier subscription will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Cleverlyy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and account if:

  • You violate our Terms of Service or other policies.
  • Payment is not successfully processed after multiple attempts.

9. Subscription Changes

Cleverlyy reserves the right to modify subscription fees or features. You will be notified in advance of any changes, and such changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use of the subscription after changes signifies your acceptance.
